Study On The Pension Demand Of The Hui Nationality And Its Influencing Factors

At present,China is facing a serious aging trend,so it is urgent to study the pension problem.However,in the existing research,there are relatively few studies on minority pension problems.The hui population,as a minority population,is changing from the structure of the adult structure to the traditional structure,and the trend of the ageing population is so obvious,it is necessary to explore the needs of their retirement.Based on the background of this research,this paper takes the qilihe district of Lanzhou as an example.Based on the actual needs of the elderly people in the hui nationality,this paper describes the current situation and subjective needs of the pension needs of each dimension,and USES correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis to explore the factors influencing the satisfaction degree of the elderly and their influence.In this study,questionnaire and interview methods were used to collect data,and 208 valid questionnaires were collected,and statistical analysis was conducted using Spss21.0 of sociological statistical software.Analysis results show:(1)the current demand for the subjective endowment of the hui people in the qilihe district is from strong to weak,which in turn provides economic support needs,spiritual consolation needs,life care needs and medical security needs.Is mainly affected by education level,occupation,health etc,qilihe district hui old man’s economy is still relatively low living standards,most can only barely enough basic life,most urgent demand for economic support.(2)pension demand satisfaction,at present the qilihe district hui the highest degree in the satisfaction of the elderly health care needs,second care needs for the life and mental comfort demand,economic support lowest demand satisfaction.(3)factors affecting pension demand satisfaction,according to the influence of size in the order: with the grandson or granddaughter general,monthly income,you live alone,family relationship,family relationship is not very good,age,children rarely visit,self-reported health status is bad,self-reported health status is poor.That is,in the individual characteristics: income and age have an impact on the satisfaction degree of hui elders;In terms of family characteristics,the family relationship and living style have an influence on the satisfaction degree of hui elders;In terms of health status,the self-assessment health status has an influence on the satisfaction degree of the hui elders;no variables enter the regression equation.In addition,the economic development of the qilihe district and the religious and cultural beliefs of the hui ethnic group also influence the satisfaction of the elderly people’s pension needs to a certain extent.
