Objective: Based on the status quo of China's healthy aged care service demand, this paper analyzes the satisfaction of the elderly's health care service demand, discusses the factors affecting the satisfaction of the elderly health care service demand, and proposes corresponding countermeasures to promote the development of the elderly health care service, with a view to providing reference for relevant departments to formulate corresponding policy measures..Methods: The 2015 China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study(CHARLS)database is used as the data source for the elderly aged 60 and over.According to relevant theories such as Maslow's hierarchy of needs, relevant scholars' research and data availability, the degree of satisfaction of health care services demand is divided into economic support demand satisfaction, health care demand satisfaction, life care needs satisfaction and spiritual comfort.First of all,the status quo of the elderly health care service demand of the elderly in China is analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis methods;Secondly, each independent variable that may affect the satisfaction of the four dimensions is first quantified and analyzed by one-way chi-square;Thirdly,the factors with significant single-factor chi-square analysis are multivariate disordered logistic regression analysis or binary logistic regression analysis; Finally, exploring the factors that influence the satisfaction of health care services..Result:(1)In terms of the health care service needs to meet the status quo: First,in terms of economic support demand, the economic support of the elderly is mainly from children(66.4%);social support is relatively low;The level of economic support obtained is mostly maintained at a low level(0~5000 yuan).Secondly,in the condition of health care demand,72% of the elderly suffer from chronic diseases;the proportion of hospitalization and hospitalization is 6.7%.Thirdly,in the situation of life care demand,up to 12.1% of the elderly can not take care of themselves;children and spouses are the main providers of daily care for the elderly;and community support provides less care.Fourth,in terms of mental comfort, the proportion of the elderly and children meeting for one month and above is 36.2%;and still 50.5% of the elderly did not participate in cultural entertainment and social interaction activities.(2)In terms of the influencing factors of the demand for healthy aged care services,in terms of the satisfaction of economic support demand, the seven variables including age, number of children, and pension insurance were statistically related(P<0.05).In terms of the satisfaction of health care demand, the age, pension insurance, and chronic diseases were statistically related(P<0.05).In terms of the satisfaction of daily care needs, the six factors of living conditions, daily caregivers and self-care ability were statistically correlated(P<0.05);the degree of satisfaction with spiritual comfort, the frequency of meeting with children, and whether social activities were conducted.8 variables were statistically related(P<0.05).Conclusion: In terms of the demand for health care services, the economic support demand, health care demand, life care demand and spiritual comfort demand of the elderly in China are not well met.In terms of factors affecting the demand of healthy aged care services, personal characteristics(age, education level, etc.),family characteristics, social security(medical insurance, pension insurance),and the health status of the elderly(with chronic diseases)all have an impact on the four healthy elderly service demand dimensions of the elderly. Therefore,it is recommended to accelerate the development of health care services from five aspects: concept advocacy, resource integration, institutional preparation, pension environment and social support.
