| Carrying out thematic activities of Young Pioneers is an important part of moral education in primary schools.It is not only a platform for counselors to display educational wisdom,but also a source of happiness for Young Pioneers to experience and practice.Young Pioneers’ thematic activities play an important role in promoting children’s diligent learning,happy life and all-round development.Therefore,the Young Pioneers should carry out various forms of thematic activities and moral practices in order to adapt to the development of the times,meet the needs of the growth of children and closely connect with the family and society.However,the current Young Pioneers’ thematic activities still have the following problems.First,the goal is arbitrary and the orientation is not reasonable;secondly,the pattern has been stereotyped,while the children’s need is ignored;thirdly,the activity content falls into normalization,thereby the children’s position is replaced;Fourthly,the counselors’ professionalism is not enough,furthermore,the curriculum development is insufficient,and so on.Based on the related literature of Young Pioneers’ thematic activities serialization,this paper tries to comb the specific connotation of children’s growth needs and define related concepts.In the process of research,the present situation and existing problems of Young Pioneers’ thematic activities were theoretically analyzed by investigation and case study.At the same time,taking the reform of the theme activities of the Young Pioneers in the Q primary school in Xiamen as an example,the action research method is used to explore the serialization of the theme activities of the Young Pioneers based on the needs of the students.The research and exploration is carried out through the perspective of long term effectiveness of activity goals,serialization of activity themes,autonomy of activity content,diversification of activity evaluation and effectiveness of counselor research mechanism,and so on.Thereby,this dissertation gives a theoretical summary in order to provide theoretical and practical references for front-line counselors to carry out thematic activities and relevant policy making of young pioneers. |
