Research On The Influence Of Young Pioneers Activities On The Promotion Of The Socialization Of Children

Socialization is a process that runs through one's life.Every person in society must study,work and live according to the social requirements.Socialization is the prerequisite for individual growth,development and Realization of their own values.The socialization process of juvenile stage has the primary effect in the process of socialization in one's life.That is to say,it is the foundation stage of human socialization.The development effect of socialization in this stage affects factors such as one's psychological quality,personality and habits,so the socialization of juvenile and child is particularly critical in the whole process of socialization.Practical basis,social basis and natural basis are important factors affecting the development of individual socialization.The natural basis is the physiological prerequisite for individual socialization,while the social basis(school,social norms,family,social production mode,etc.)as external conditions plays a role in the process of human socialization.Children are educated from the day they are born,their first teacher is their parents,which has an irreplaceable role is the social basis;practical activities can help individuals fully play their subjective initiative,one of the important case support is the story of "wolf boy".As far as children are concerned,one of the main responsibilities of schools is to provide fresh blood for society.It is the most closely related social environment for individuals in childhood and an important place for growth.School activities,as the most extensive practical activities in school,play an important role in the socialization of children and adolescents.The purpose of education serving society and the educational function of society to individuals are mainly embodied in the influence of school activities on children's socialization.Young Pioneers'activities are not only the main forms of activities of Chinese young pioneers,but also one of the most important forms of activities in school activities.It is rich and colorful,mainly carried out in primary and secondary schools,supplemented by various forms of extracurricular activities.Therefore,Young Pioneers'activities are closely related to the socialized growth of children and adolescents.The influence of Young Pioneers' activities on their socialization can not be ignored.The main problems to be studied in this paper are as follows:1.What is the current situation of Young Pioneers'activities?2.Does the Young Pioneers'Activities have an impact on the socialization of children and adolescents?3.Based on the result analysis of the influence of Young Pioneers'activities on the socialization of children and adolescents,what rationalization suggestions can be put forward to strengthen and improve Young Pioneers' activities?In view of these problems,the author first makes a preliminary understanding of the current research situation at home and abroad through consulting a large number of documents,defines the core concepts by referring to dictionaries,theoretical research and other materials,integrates relevant theories,and then comprehensively uses the methods of interviews and questionnaires to carry out the current situation and team of Young Pioneers'activities in schools.The basic situation of the staff and the status quo of socialization of children were investigated.Finally,the questionnaire results were recorded and analyzed by SPSS software.Based on the analysis results,some suggestions were put forward to strengthen and improve the Young Pioneers'activities.In the process of research and analysis,according to the actual research situation,the socialization of knowledge and skills,political socialization,moral socialization and gender role socialization are the dimensions of the author's division of the socialization of children and adolescents.Based on this,the author conducts a study on the influence of pioneer activities on promoting the socialization of children and adolescents.The basic conclusions of this study are as follows:Firstly,although the,Young Pioneers Activity Course Implementation Guidelines(Trial Implementation)" clearly requires that "Young Pioneers Activity" is a compulsory activity course prescribed by the state,one class per week is arranged between grade 1 and grade 2 of primary school.However,according to the results of the questionnaire,only 39.38%of the respondents could complete the teaching task of Young Pioneers'Activities every Monday.Secondly,whether children hold the position of Young Pioneers in Young Pioneers'Organizations,whether children like Young Pioneers' Activities,the frequency of Young Pioneers'Squadron Activities and Brigade Activities,and the development of off-campus Young Pioneers' Activities are significantly related to the socialization of young children.Thirdly,among the four factors of children's socialization:political socialization,moral socialization,gender role socialization and knowledge and skills socialization,the Young Pioneers'activities have the most significant impact on children's political socialization.Fourthly,based on the results of the questionnaire analysis in Chapter IV,the following suggestions are put forward for strengthening and improving the work of Young Pioneers:1.Implementing the rotation system of small cadres in team organization,strengthening the division of labor in the activities of Young Pioneers,so as to achieve full participation and full responsibility.2.Strengthen the professional construction of counselors.As organizers,implementers and instructors of Young Pioneers'activities,the quality and accomplishment of counselors directly affect the development effect of Young Pioneers' activities.Improving the quality of counselors can be achieved by reducing the workload,improving the work treatment and improving the training system.3.Innovating the development mode of Young Pioneers'activities.Under the strong support of Internet technology,we should strengthen the effective integration of information technology and Young Pioneers'activities and help them keep pace with the times.In addition,we should pay attention to the leading role of young pioneers'brand activities,such as Eagle competition,in the activities of young pioneers.4.Optimize the contents of Young Pioneers'activities.The content should be appropriate,the stratification should be reasonable,the combination of tradition and reality should be emphasized,and the educational significance should be combined with the characteristics of students'physical and mental development,so as to promote the integration and development of disciplines and promote the healthy growth of children.5.Integrating resources and expanding platforms.Emphasis should be placed on the use of parents'resources,social resources and local characteristic resources to inject new platform vitality into the development of Young Pioneers' activities,enrich the development mode of Young Pioneers'activities,and broaden the geographical breadth of Young Pioneers' activities.
