Study On Community Correction From The Perspective Of Public Governance

Community correction is an important system in the current reform of the judicial system of our country,but also an important part of social governance innovation,embodies the people-oriented and socialization of ideas,has important significance for building a socialist harmonious society.This article not only takes into account the penalty point of view,but also focuses on the analysis of community correction from the perspective of public management,expounds the significance and existing problems of community correction,and explores the way out for community correction,,The main content is divided into six parts:the first part gives a general introduction to this paper,introduces the research situation related to the subject,and the structure,content and research methods of this paper.The second chapter,related research review.This paper introduces the concept and significance of community correction,and briefly describes the development at home and abroad,as well as the relationship between public governance and community correction.The third chapter,the current situation of community correction in Lingshui County of Hainan province.According to the working mechanism of Lingshui County Community Corrections and the responsibilities of community corrections,contents and methods of community corrections,the executive body,the development of community correction legal system based on the development of community correction for the community foundation of analysis.The fourth chapter,the problems and roots of community correction in Lingshui county.Through research and analysis,summed up the following problems:lacking of participation of social forces,lack of professional talents,the lag of legal construction,the main functional departments coordination mechanism is not perfect,material guarantee and community construction lagging behind.The fifth chapter,the countermeasures and measures to promote community correction work in Lingshui county.To solve the above problems,put forward the corresponding countermeasures:strengthen community corrections propaganda,strengthen the construction,improve the diversification of the main diversification based on the implementation of construction,improve the implementation of diversified basic guarantee of the construction way.The sixth chapter,as the conclusion,summarizes and looks forward to the community correction from the perspective of public governance.
