Research On The Perfection Of China's Supervisory System

At present,the bottleneck of our country's supervisory system has been constantly appearing.The country has made a decision-making plan for reforming the supervisory system.In this study,the methods of systematic research,investigation and research,research methods of literature research and case study,data collection of literature search and semi-structured interviews,data analysis combining qualitative and quantitative methods are systematically employed to systematically review the basic theory of the supervisory system On the basis of the core conception and the system contingency model,this paper reveals the relationship between the monitoring system environment,the monitoring system and the monitoring system,diagnoses the current monitoring system and proposes solutions to the problems.The results show that:the existing supervisory system has the following problems:the supervisory body is highly decentralized;the supervising object is out of control;the supervising content is unscrupulous;the supervising standard is not standardized;the supervising method is not effective;the functional problems have seriously affected the supervisory function Play The reason is that the supervisory system has the following problems:incomplete positioning of functions,unclear power division,unreasonable institutional arrangement and unscientific operation rules,and structural problems;therefore,it is imperative to improve the supervisory system.The current environmental impact monitoring system of the external environment,size,target strategy,technical conditions,the power system of the five environmental factors,decided to improve the monitoring system must adhere to the principle of democratic supervision of the party management,the principle of consistent independence of authority,people-oriented principle of streamlining and efficiency,division of labor Complete and unified principle and the principle of equal rights and responsibilities according to law,take measures of comprehensively locating functions,dividing powers rationally,setting up institutions independently and perfecting operational rules to perfect the system of supervision so as to establish a unified and authoritative and efficient national supervision system.
