It is a vital way to promote the peace and harmony of the society,and it is an important measure of the dignity of the person with disabilities,and it is an important way to get social approval for self-pricing.In recent years,with the increasing strength of our country and the state of the disability jobs policy,we have had an improvement in disability in our country.However,with the decrease of welfare enterprises,the increase of competitive pressure and the severe employment situation,the disabled are still the vulnerable groups in China's employment army,and there are still many difficulties,such as the lack of jobs and low income level,which still have many difficulties.In this paper,the employment theory of the handicapped,the idea of labor,the theory of justice,and the theory of fairness and justice,using the method of literature,the questionnaire,and the case analysis to study disability jobs.First of all,it introduces the employment support policies and employment status of disabled persons in J city.Secondly,it analyzes the positive cases of employment of disabled persons in J city enterprises by case law and puts forward the main problems in the employment of enterprises in J city for the employment of disabled persons: the employment rate of disabled persons is relatively low;Low level of income due to low education;The employment channel of disabled persons is single and there are few jobs.Imperfect public service system for disabled persons;The low employment satisfaction of the disabled.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to improve the government's guidance and support measures for enterprises.Strengthen corporate culture and corporate social responsibility construction;We will increase innovation in enterprises to develop new jobs for disabled people.Improving the level of human resource development and management;To improve the comprehensive quality of disabled persons.The purpose of this paper is to hope that social each session of enterprises to actively promote employment for disabled persons,in particular,improve the quality of employment for the disabled to realize enterprise economic harmony and win-win.
