Analysis Of The Present Situation Of Employment For The Disabled And Influence Factors

Because of the particularity of physiology and psychology and the combination of many factors,the handicapped face many problems in employment.City as the employment of vulnerable groups and concern for the disabled groups,can solve the employment and access to certain economic sources,for itself and the family,is a significant thing.Based on such background,the survey by Jinan city as an example for the disabled,disabled people of 118 cities in the statistical analysis of questionnaire mainly adopts frequency statistics,interaction of contingency analysis,chi-square test method,in combination with related literature and research,the present situation and the influence factors of urban employment for the disabled is analyzed,and based on this,advances relevant countermeasures and suggestions.In the employment situation,the number of people with disabilities has steadily increased,but the employment situation is still grim.Employment form toward diversified development,need to be further with the time request of the "double gen" innovation entrepreneurship,employment channels is relatively single,employment channels is not smooth,cause lack of employment for the disabled;Lack of job training and services,and the lack of employability of disabled people and the absence of employment services;Economic income is lower,social insurance is still not fully covered,it is more difficult to guarantee the life of disabled people.Factors influencing the employment for disabled persons,mainly from the basic demographic variables,the individual level,family level and social level of influence factors were analyzed,and the study found that,on a personal level,the ability to work well,high degree of care,skilled expertise,psychological quality good positive impact on employment.At the home level,the number of families,the quality of the family economy and the attitudes of families to the disabled have a significant impact on the employment of disabled people.Social level,position setting rationalization degree is high,more employment opportunities,good employment environment and facilities,to participate in vocational training,employment service policies and employment for the disabled employment service,the better.This paper puts forward specific suggestions and countermeasures for the employment of disabled persons from government,family,social and personal level.Emphasis on the importance of government and legislation,the key to family encouragement and support,the effectiveness of social support and the need for personal improvement.Finally,the author summarizes the employment status,factors and countermeasures of disabled persons.
