Study On The Exercising Of The Supervision Committee’s Investigative Power

As a great political system reform of China,the national supervisory system reform may have far-reaching influence on nation political structure.As the national supervisory organ,the supervisory committee has centralized investigative power,which guarantees the organ can realize its supervision function effectively,and also arouse a great discussion about the relationship between the centralized investigative power and the protection of the civil rights.Therefore,we should always adhere to the notion of the rule of law,clear the nature of the power and the difference between the investigative power and the other similar power of other public power organs,formulate the basic principle and procedure,strengthen the internal and external supervision on the supervisory committee investigative power,make sure the power would always be in order from the perspective of the administration of corruption by law.
