The Research Of The Army Ideological And Political Work Under The Guidance Of "the Target Of The Strong Army" In The New Time

Ideological and political work in the army is the heirloom of the army and the lifeline of all military work.At present,the world political and economic situation,modern forms of war,China’s socialist development and the CPC’s ruling philosophy and practice have undergone profound new changes,especially in the context of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the new era,general secretary Xi Jinping proposed to build a“listen to the party’s command,can win battles,fine style of the people’s army”,to study the ideological and political work of the army pointed out a new direction,established new goals,clear new tasks.The changes of the background and objective tasks of the times require that the ideological and political work of the army should be adjusted and changed in the work concept,work content,work method and work mechanism on the basis of inheriting and developing the fine tradition and historical experience.Guided by the goal of strengthening the armed forces,this study combs the innovation and development of the ideological and political work of the Chinese communist party in the past 90 years under the goal of building the armed forces in different periods,analyzes the problems and causes of the current ideological and political work of the armed forces does not meet the requirements of the goal of strengthening the armed forces in the new era,and uses the historical research method,systematic research method,literature research method,etc.to discuss,thus puts forward a series of ideological and political work innovation of the armed forces to meet the requirements of the goal of strengthening the armed forces in the new era.This study is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction.It mainly analyzes the connotation and significance of the "strong military target" in the new era.The research status of military ideological and political work is discussed.The significance of the research on the ideological and political work of the army is put forward.The second part discusses the army ideological and political work in the realization of the importance of the "army",is divided into the army in the history of ideological and political work in army targets ""(military construction)and the importance of the army ideological and political work in the new era of the importance of " army goal ".The third part analyzes the present situation of Chinese army’s ideological and political work.This paper puts forward a series of problems faced by the current military ideological and political work,and probes into the causes of these problems.The fourth part explores the innovation part of the military ideological and political work.Based on the analysis and research of the problem of the third part of the army ideological and political work,put forward the innovation of army ideological and political work of a series of aspects,including the transformation idea,the innovation of the ideological and political work forces the content,the innovation of ideological and political work methods and the innovation of ideological and political work forces mechanism of ideological and political work.Epilogue part according to this thesis to the army of target horizon,the new era of army ideological and political work study,points out the limitations of this thesis research,and prospects the army in the research of ideological and political work in the future.
