The Study On The Military’s Ideological And Political Education Environment Development From The Objective Of Building Strong Army

The environment of army’s ideological and political education is an essential external condition for ideological and political education of army. It will also standardize and guide the thought and behavior of military as a tacit ideological and political education. Environment development always the important content of ideological and political construction.Under the increasingly sophisticated international and domestic environment, chairman Xi Jinping proposes the objective of building strong army with “The People’s Liberation Army must be loyal to the CPC, be able to win and be persistent with its good traditions.” Therefore, the ideological and political education of army must assure the combat effectiveness as the only and basic standard, continuously developing the innovative research of ideological and political education theory and keeping pace with the times to improve the effectiveness of the political education. Because of the series of changes in the target of ideological and political education, the influence of environment and the function of imperceptible education have become increasingly apparent. Hence, reinforcing environment construction has become an inevitable requirement and effective approach for enhancing effectiveness of military ideological and political education.Currently, The construction of military ideological and political education environment has made some achievements, but there are still many problems. Improvements in material environment, promotion of cultural environment, enhancement of institution environment and reinforcement of network environment construction are the main achievement of the work. At the same time, the passive reaction to macro-environment, lack of plan in the building process, prevalence of formalism, and the weakness of environment construction of wartime constitute the main parts of current problems. There are two causes of these problems, one is because of the limit of the times and national condition, the other hand is during the progress of environment construction, because of the staleness of main idea construction, the unfulfilled implementation of people-oriented principle and the combat effectiveness standard not reach the designated position, and lack of money and energy. Therefore, to take objective of building strong army as a starting point, we must always adhere to objective of building a strong army and concentrate on promoting environmental construction. On the aspect of construction concept, we will insist the environmental construction idea which believes the combat effectiveness as the basic standard, and build the environmental construction of great education concept. On the aspect of construction principle, we will insist the basic people-oriented principle, respect the principal position and the creative spirit of soldiers, safeguard the legitimate interests and democratic rights of soldiers, and focus on the all-round development of soldiers. On the aspect of construction platform, except making good use of the traditional material culture platform, we will attach great importance to the network media platform, complete the legal system platform to make the environment construction more comprehensive and solid. On the aspect of construction methods, we will make overall arrangement, use a multi-pronged approach, and pay attention to the comprehensive construction and the combination of military and local place, and full use of information network, multimedia, digital technology and other high and new technology to realize the interaction between environments and the win-win situation. Through these improvements and innovation, we will make further efforts on military ideological and political education, improve the effectiveness of military ideological and political education, and provide strong political guarantee and great support to build a strong army.
