The Police Law Enforcement Interests Security Research In China

The police are a special group with the sacred duty to safeguard public security.However,with the increasing complexity of social structure and security situation,the police law enforcement interests in China have not received enough attention as ordinary citizens’ rights.On the contrary,the problem about police law enforcement interests security is increasingly prominent,especially the violent assault cases are increasing year by year,which affected the police’s work enthusiasm and challenged the authority of national laws.In the current management system,although the corresponding requirements for the protection of police law enforcement interests are put forward,due to the serious lack of perfection,it cannot be effectively implemented in the actual development process.The incompleteness of all aspects finally results in the protection effect of police law enforcement is very little.To research the problem about the police law enforcement interests security in China,this paper is divided into four parts:The first part is an overview of the police law enforcement interests security in China.Firstly,this part introduces concept of the police law enforcement interests security and the conten second.And then this part introduces the main problems existing in our country the police law enforcement interests security.The second part is the performance and reason of the violation of police law enforcement interests security in China.This part of introduces the status quo and the main performance of the violation of the police law enforcement interests,and the cause of the violation of the police law enforcement rights is analyzed.The third part is the reference from foreign police law enforcement interests security system.The part introduces some effective measures of several developed countries abroad in the protection of police law enforcement interests,and analyzes the foreign police education and training system.Combining with the present situation in our country,this part analysis the referential value for the police law enforcement intrests security in China.The fourth part is the suggestion about the protection of the police law enforcement interests in China.Through the research of the police law enforcement interests protection in China and its performance and the main problems in reason,on the basis of analysis,draw lessons from foreign police law enforcement interests security system of the effective measures,the part of how to maintain the police law enforcement rights and puts forward the relevant countermeasures,in order to help in the construction of police law enforcement interests security system.
