Research On Problems And Countermeasures In The Protection Of Law Enforcement Rights And Interests Of The Police In Hunan Province

For the People’s democratic dictatorship,the role of the public security organs is particularly prominent,and as a duty of the public Security Police,the first is to ensure national security and stability,combat crime,ensure that the lives and property of the people of the country are not violated,and defend the interests of the people.However,at present,the public Security police in the process of law enforcement will often be insulted,scolding,threats,beatings and other obstacles,affecting the police law enforcement,and worse falsely accusing the framing,violent attack on the police,infringement of the public Security Police law enforcement rights.From the beginning of the 18 to the end of 2017,the number of domestic public security police officers injured and sacrificed in the public reached 29,976 and 3,317.The law enforcement rights and interests of the public security police cannot ensure that the public security police can neither guarantee personal safety nor successfully carry out their func tions.It destroys the ideological stability of the public security team and indirectly leads to the damage of the masses ’ own interests.Therefore,it is very important for the law enforcement authority of the public Security police and the establishment of its image to implement effective measures to improve the protection system of the law enforcement rights and interests of the public security police and to minimize the illegal infringement of the law enforcement police.As a public security police,the author has a deep experience and understanding of the current situation of his job and law enforcement.In the past seven years of grass-roots work accumulated a certain amount of experience,deeply appreciate the importance of law enforcement rights and interests for each civilian police,but also deeply aware of the current protection of the rights and interests of the weak and inadequate.The author has made a study on the topic.This paper first expounds the basic theory of public Security police on t he protection of law enforcement rights and interests,analyzes the situation of the protection of the rights and interests of the police in Hunan Province,the current protection practices and effectiveness,the existing problems and causes,and refers to the protection of the law enforcement rights and interests of other provinces,cities and overseas police,and finally puts forward the relevant countermeasures.This paper puts forward the countermeasures for the protection of law enforcement rights and interests of public security police from seven points,such as legislative guarantee,system construction,self-guarantee mechanism,clear function,fund guarantee,rule of law construction and positive energy propaganda,so as to promote the effective exercise of police power in accordance with the law,reshape legal dignity,build a harmonious society,It is of great significance to the construction of the rule of law and economic development in Hunan Province.
