Analysis On The Current Situation Of Maintaining The Police’s Authority Of Law Enforcement And Its Countermeasures

At present,with the continuous development of China’s economy and society,the interest pattern is adjusted accordingly,various kinds of illegal crimes occur frequently,the public security law enforcement environment is facing new changes,and the public security police’s law enforcement authority is often violated.How to effectively deal with the problems of violence against police,false accusation and frame up,retaliation and speculation involving police,which infringe on the police’s law enforcement authority,not only effectively protect the police’s law enforcement authority,but also effectively safeguard the legitimate interests of the people,is an unavoidable problem in the current public security work.Taking XY city as an example,this paper describes the current situation of maintaining the law enforcement authority of the police by using qualitative and quantitative methods,analyzes the problems existing in the process of maintaining the law enforcement authority of the police and the reasons for their occurrence,and draws on the experience of maintaining the law enforcement authority of the police abroad.On this basis,from standardizing the law enforcement on duty,strengthening the attack on infringement,strengthening the propaganda and guidance,improving the ability of performing duties,and smooth maintenance The Countermeasures of maintaining the authority of law enforcement of the police are put forward from seven aspects:right channel,detailed fault tolerance and error correction,and promotion of lawyer’s participation in rights protection.
