In recent years,with the development of teaching Chinese as a foreign language,scholars and teachers engaged in teaching Chinese as a foreign language have increasingly enriched the research on “listening”and teaching “language points”.The factors that affect listening mainly focus on vocabulary,language points,context,tone,phonetics,materials,etc.Language points are the second most important factor affecting listening after vocabulary.In addition,the “recurrence” in language teaching is conducive to promoting students’ mastery and application of knowledge points.Whether in the compilation of Chinese textbooks or in various teaching links,various forms of “recurrence” must be used flexibly,which puts forward new and higher requirements for Chinese teachers.However,research on the combination of “listening”,“language points” and “recurrence” by scholars is still undiscovered.The thesis takes the language points of the textbook “Developing Chinese · Elementary Listening Course Ⅱ” as the object of the investigation.By using the positioning function in Word and Excel,the average recurrence times of language points,the distribution of recurrence intervals,recurrence intervals,recurrence forms,and the 10 most and least recurring are analyzed and explored.Through its analysis and exploration,the textbook has the following problems in the recurrence rate of language points.First,the recurrence rate of languagepoints is uneven.Second,the recurrence of language points is poor in coherence.Third,the division of language points is too large.Fourth,the recurrence of language points is relatively single.To solve these problems,from the perspectives of the compilation of the textbook and teaching,suggestions for improvements are put forward.Textbook writers should pay attention to increasing the recurrence rate of language points that are less recurring and enhance their relevance,narrow their recurrence interval,and enrich their forms of recurrence.Teachers should improve their recurrence rates that are less frequent in the classroom,add extracurricular listening materials,assign homework and regular tests and incorporate multiple methods of recurrence.Although this research has certain reference value,it also has some shortcomings.This thesis puts forward suggestions for recurring use in the process of compiling Chinese textbooks.It does not verify the feasibility of these suggestions through specific teaching experiments.Therefore,further analysis and verification are needed in various teaching activities in the follow-up,and their methods of recurrence are constantly improved to make it more reasonable and scientific.
