This paper will describe and analyze the Chinese character writing of Chinese-heritage and Non-Chinese-heritage Students at the intermediate level,explore the commonalities and individualities of Chinese-heritage and Non-Chinese-heritage Students at the intermediate level,and put forward corresponding teaching suggestions.The investigation of the thesis is based on video materials and written materials written by Chinese learners,and examines the "dynamic" characteristics of Chinese learners’ copying and free writing and the "static" characteristics reflected in the writing results.This article also conducted a questionnaire survey and interview analysis as a supplement to the aforementioned analysis.The article is divided into six parts.Chapter one,in addition to part of the previous research,also contains relevant content on the design of the investigation;chapters two and three are about the copying and free writing of Chinese characters by intermediate Chinese and non-Chinese learners Description and comparative analysis;comparative analysis is the central part of this article.It compares the writing and errors of Chinese-heritage and Non-Chinese-heritage Students,and draws the commonalities and differences between Chinese-heritage and Non-Chinese-heritage groups in the writing of Chinese characters.The stage is compared,and the characteristics of Chinese character writing by intermediate-level Chinese learners are obtained.Chapter 4 is the statistics and analysis of questionnaires and interview materials,and the reason analysis is combined with the conclusions drawn in the previous section.Put forward corresponding teaching suggestions.According to the analysis,Chinese-heritage and Non-Chinese-heritage Students at the intermediate level have no significant differences in the writing process of Chinese characters,but there are differences in the standardization of finished characters.Intermediate Chinese-heritage Students perform better than Non-Chinese-heritage Students;In general,whether it is a Chineseheritage or Non-Chinese-heritage group,the characteristics of Chinese writing errors displayed at the intermediate stage are basically the same as the primary stage.Stroke errors are the main types of errors,and the "dynamic" type errors are far more than "Static" type biases are also different.Their "deformation" type biases at the intermediate level have increased significantly;their writing of Chinese characters is influenced by their subjective attitude towards Chinese characters,and the practicality of Chinese characters also has a positive effect on their writing influences.
