This article uses questionnaire surveys and interviews to investigate and study the adaptation of 39 volunteer Chinese language teachers in Korea to online teaching,aiming to objectively and timely reflect the adaptation and difficulties of volunteer Chinese language teachers in Korea to online teaching,and to understand Chinese The support of volunteer teachers by the office and teaching institution,and explore the causes of adaptation difficulties based on questionnaires and interviews,and finally put forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures from both subjective and objective aspects.Research shows that volunteer Chinese teachers in South Korea are generally well-adapted to online teaching,but there are also some common adaptation difficulties For example,writing on the blackboard is difficult,classroom games and discussion activities cannot be carried out smoothly;network delays affect the classroom;insufficient teaching support,lack of network resources,and increased lesson preparation time.Aiming at the general difficulty of adapting to online teaching by volunteer teachers,this article explores its internal reasons from both subjective and objective aspects.Finally,from the objective aspects of Hanban.teaching institutions and platform support,as well as the subjective aspects of volunteer Chinese teachers themselves,suggestions are made to improve the adaptability of volunteer teachers' online teaching.Objectively speaking,Hanban should increase online teaching-related lectures and training during the training period,strengthen contact with volunteers in daily management,and establish an effective communication mechanism;teaching institutions should strengthen support for volunteer teachers Intensify,arrange teaching work reasonably.Subjectively,volunteer teachers should adjust their mentality and make preparations for online teaching,enhance learning enthusiasm,strengthen activity participation,and at the same time communicate more,summarize and reflect more,and consciously improve their teaching level.
