In 2020,the global epidemic has changed the teaching mode of most international Chinese teachers from traditional teaching to Chinese online teaching.In the Chinese online course,the students of Warsaw University of Social Sciences and Humanities have serious problems of "Motivation Decline",such as absenteeism without reason.In order to solve these problems,this paper analyzes the teaching problems based on the "Three-level Theory of Second Language Motivation",implementing the targeted instructional design for the Chinese online course based on Google Classroom,evaluating it,and finally drawing some suggestions for Chinese online course teaching.This paper tries to provide more ideas for other Chinese teachers when designing Chinese online course.First of all,this paper summarizes the relevant research on Chinese online course instructional design.Secondly,it introduces and analyzes several factors that affect instructional design,including teaching object,teaching platform,comparison between traditional teaching and Chinese online teaching,as well as teaching problems and analysis.Through comparison,the disadvantages of Chinese online course are lack of classroom activities,lack of interaction between students and students,emotional alienation between teachers and students,and inadequate classroom management.These disadvantages lead to students' "Motivation Decline",and lead to the following four major teaching problems:Students' unreasonable truancy behavior is serious,students' unreasonable late/early leave behavior is serious,students lack of classroom discipline consciousness and classroom atmosphere is dull.Based on the disadvantages analysis of Chinese online course teaching and the "Three-level Theory of Second Language Motivation",teachers can start instructional design from the following aspects:adjusting teaching content to enhance curriculum motivation,innovating teaching activities to enhance group motivation,enhancing teacher feedback to enhance teacher motivation,and strengthening classroom management to enhance tool motivation.This paper mainly expounds a series of Chinese online course instructional design from four aspects of teaching content,teaching objectives,implementation steps and analysis,including increasing cultural teaching content,using multimedia technology flexibly,enhancing positive and targeted feedback and strengthening classroom management.Finally,through the test results of solving the four major problems,we can see that the teaching problems have been greatly improved and the instructional design achievements are remarkable.But there are still some deficiencies.Combined with the actual teaching experience and the results of teaching evaluation,this paper puts forward some suggestions for Chinese online course teaching.
