A Research On Network Public Morality And Countermeasures

With the development and progress of society,the network relationship has become an indispensable part of the real social relationship.People’s behavior in the network public air constitutes an integral part of the real public life and an extension of the real public life space.In order to maintain the harmonious,healthy,orderly and sustainable development of the network public life,the sum of the moral codes and norms that people must abide by in the network space is the network public morality.Due to the characteristics of the network itself,such as strong concealment,large amount of information dissemination and decentralization,the behavior of people in the network is not easy to supervise,which affects the actual restriction of the network morality on the behavior of Internet users,makes the lack of network morality serious,and affects the harmonious development of society.Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen the construction of network morality.The basic contents of this paper include:The first part: introduction.Firstly,the research background and significance of this paper are briefly introduced,and the current research status and research methods at home and abroad are described and analyzed.The second part: overview of the network public morality.First of all,by defining the related concepts of network public morality,this paper defines the meaning of public morality and private morality,network morality and network public morality,analyzes the significance of strengthening the construction of network public morality,extends the meaning and role of public morality to the significance of strengthening the construction of network public morality,and provides a theoretical basis for strengthening the construction of network public morality.Secondly,it discusses the characteristics and principles of the network morality,and summarizes the main causes of the current network problems based on the analysis of the characteristics of the network itself.The third part: elaborated the current network public morals flaw phenomenon,the reason and the harm.Through the analysis of the phenomenon of network violence,the phenomenon of unethical traffic for profit,the phenomenon of deceptive interest promotion,and the harm of high-tech network crime,it is pointed out that the network problem is caused by people’s moral deficiency to a considerable extent.The fourth part: put forward the countermeasures to strengthen the construction of network public morality.In order to achieve the great goal of the construction of network public morality,we should make clear the responsibility of network management,update the regulations of network management in real time,strengthen the consciousness of main body public morality,optimize the environment of network public opinion,cultivate opinion leaders,improve the platform of network media,and consciously maintain the network public morality from the perspective of individuals Allow others.This paper puts forward how to strengthen the construction of network public morality from three aspects of country,society and individual.The conclusion part summarizes and analyzes the main content of this paper and the basic direction of the future development of the construction of network public morality,as well as the prospect of improving the construction of network public morality.
