Research On Epitaph Of Er Zhu Family In Northern Dynasties

With the discovery of more and more epitaphs and inscriptions in the Qing Dynasty,people began to pay more and more attention to stone inscriptions,especially those in the Wei Dynasty.In the history of Chinese calligraphy,the epitaphs of the northern dynasties were known with the artistic characteristics of natural and lively.This paper will take the unearthed epitaphs of the Er Zhu family in the Northern Dynasty as the research object,and will make an investigation and analysis on the relationship between the characters involved,the proofreading of the epitaph and the calligraphy art in three parts.The first part makes textual research and analysis on the relevant figures involved in the epitaph of the Er Zhu family in the Northern Dynasty,sorts out the relationship between the figures and juxtaposes the lineage map.The second part mainly proofreads the contents of the inscriptions.The author,based on the original inscriptions and combined with historical materials,finds out the similarities and differences.Then I annotate the content of the article I consult the historical records,find out the sources of the characters and allusions mentioned in the epitaph inscriptions,and try to have a deeper understanding of them.The third part makes a comprehensive analysis of the calligraphy style of the Sifang epitaph of the Er Zhu family in the Northern Dynasty.By using the image contrast analysis method,the Sifang epitaph is compared with the related epitaph of the same period,which provides the basis for studying the changes of the calligraphy style of the Er Zhu family epitaph in the Northern Dynasty.
