Study On The Literary Creation Of Sheng Dashi

Sheng Da Shi(1771~1839),from Zhenyang County(now in Taicang City)Jiangsu Province,taking a position as educative trainer in Shanyang County(now in Huai'an City Jiangsu Province),is a painter,writer,scholar and coinologist in Qing Dynasty.He was born in a intellectual family,During the period of his grand travelling,his literary and artistic creations has made great progress.Sheng Dashi liked to travel and had many friends.They talked about each other in literature and art,sang and wrote the poems happily,and they had a deep friendship.In his old age,he was committed in compiling his works.Sheng Dashi compiled 12-volume collection of poem named “Yun Su Ge Poetry Collection”,the sequel to the ninth volume,and the post-episode three volumes.The poems contained more than a thousand poems.The content included travel and deeds,feelings of personal and relatives,thinking history and old places,appreciation of painting and other things four kinds of subjects.In the early years,he learned from many famous writers,his poems had a variety of characteristics and diverse styles.After the experience of repeated trials,the unfortunate experience of losing his son in his later years,the will was depressed,so his poetry became the characteristics of loneliness and sadness.The language of poetry was plain and simple.The prose of Sheng DaShi were included in the Collection of Yun Su Ge.The genre was diverse.The content included notes,arguments,miscellaneous notes and other four major themes.The prose creation reflected the true expression of emotional expression and the variety of characters with different ways.The Ci of Sheng DaShi was included in the collection named "Qinzhu Shan Zhuang Yuefu",the subject matter was divided into three categories: love,feel and appreciation of painting.His words were mainly full of sad style,but also had the characteristics of scenes blending and mourning.because of the limitations of his time and his personal experience,his literary creation was not prominent enough.In short,Sheng DaShi had excellent works in his literarycreation,which had his own characteristics and value,and it should be worthy of attention.
