The Study Of Family National Common Language Planning Of The Hani Nationality Children In The "Directly-entering-socialism Ethnic Groups Regions" Of Mengla,Yunnan Province

Mengla County belong to Xishuangbanna Prefecture of Yunnan Province,it is located on the “directly-entering-socialism ethnic groups regions” which in China-Myanmar and China-Laos border.Its a national poverty-stricken county,there are a large number of local ethnic groups who with high native language identification and strong ability,and the language use always in the natural and arbitrary state.There is saying about enhance poverty should first enhance acknowledge,enhance acknowledge should fist remove language barriers.The language living condition of the poverty-stricken areas of the ethnic minorities in Yunnan border need us pay more attention.In recent years,Mandarin Chinese has spread in some border minority areas within the efforts of the government and language workers,but the effect is not obvious.And those families don't have a reasonable national common language plan,their planning awareness is weak;the parents and teachers has a poor language management,their management strategy need to be improved.Those factors led to lower national common language usage in this area.Whats more,current research findings just refer to the ethnic minority people?education?and economic,the study about national common language planing is a academic gap.Therefore,it is necessary to form a top-down planning system,strengthen the combination of macro policy and micro language planning,strengthen the government control ability,and improve national common language skills to promote economic development.This paper combine the theories of linguistics ? social psychology and communication,on the background of national common language spread,regard the Hani nationality children ? parents and teacher as research subjects,analyzes the family language planning in Mengla Hani nationality area.All of paper departed five parts,the first part is the introduction,second part is the design of investigation plan.The third part is the current situation of family Mandarin planning for Mengla hani nationality children,it including language awareness?language practice and languagemanagement.The language awareness is mainly embodied in language expectation identification,emotion identification,behavior identification and value identification.The language practice mainly shows the language basis ability,the language choice and use ability,and the language management is mainly carried out from three aspects,which is parents' and teachers' language identity management,language practice management and management strategies.Based on the statistics of relevant data,this paper makes a quantitative and qualitative analysis in this part.The four part is the characteristics and causes analysis,paper not only concluded all the characteristics of Mengla hani nationality family mandarin planning,but also summarize the reasons from the subjective and objective factors.The five part is the thinking and promotion suggestions of the family language planning which in the current national general language spread trend,and this paper also deeply considers the social problems such as rural public service system and rural basis education that reflected in the current language situation of Mengla Hani nationality,at the end of the article,paper puts forward relevant suggestions from the view of government ?school ?family and social media.
