College students play an important role in the development of national strength,and universities play an important role in the cultivation of college students.They provide talents for the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and provide impetus for the realization of the Chinese dream.College students are more sensitive in body and mind,especially for poor college students,they are limited by resources when they are in interpersonal communication,graduation pressure,emotion,employment and career selection.Compared with ordinary college students,poor college students are more likely to have psychological problems,depression,anxiety,hostility and other issues.Therefore,the research on the mental health of poor college students can help universities and parents to carry out measures on the mental health of poor college students and improve the mental health level of poor college students,which is of great significance.This paper first introduces the research background of poor college students' mental health,and draws on the relevant research data of domestic and foreign experts on poor college students' mental health,self-concept and attribution mode,analyzes the research trend of poor college students' mental health at this stage,puts forward the relevant hypothesis,and obtains the relevant data through the questionnaire.The reliability and validity of the related variables were analyzed,and the correlation between the variables was analyzed.The experiment proved that there was significant correlation or some correlation between the variables.The results of the intermediate effect test showed that self-concept had partial intermediary effect on mental health andattribution.Finally,the paper systematically discusses the empirical results,puts forward the relevant suggestions to improve the mental health of poor college students,gets the research conclusions and puts forward the outlook.
