In 2011,a new English curriculum standard was issued,which sets the emotion teaching goal as one of the three dimensional goals of teaching work.More and more teachers begin to study the formation and shaping of students' emotion attitudes and values.Setting high moral values and cultivating person have become the core value of education in China.While China is so vast,people of fifty-six nationalities build the pluralistic culture of our country together.Different nationalities and regions have different education conditions.And it is very difficult for the teachers in Fuxin Zhangwu Mongolian junior high school to have English teaching work.At present,the average score of English is the lowest one in the school.Serious problems which Mongolian students show us including: Students have poor English scores and they are not interested in learning English.The relationship between students and English teachers is not harmonious.The author decided to conduct experimental research using the affective teaching method according to the analysis of the actual situation.And the author hopes to find an effective method to solve the teaching problems faced by English teachers in Mongolian junior high school.The results of the experiment will be analyzed to determine whether the following research problems are solved.1.Can affective teaching method enhance the self-confidence of the students in the Mongolian junior high school? 2.Can the affective teaching method effectively improve the relationship of English teachers and students in Mongolian junior high school? 3.Can the affective teaching method improve Mongolian junior high school students' English scores? During the experiment,the author investigated and studied 90 students who come from Grade One of Fuxin Zhangwu Mongolian junior high school.Questionnaire method,literature research and investigation method were used in the experiment.The contents of the experiment are as follows: Before the experiment,the author searched a lot of relevant literature to find out the theoretical basis of this paper.Questionnaire survey was used to investigate the emotional status of students in two classes.And the author takes advantage of the data analysis to determine whether the experiment could be conducted.During the experiment,the author executed and adjusted the teaching plan carefully.It is necessary to keep a good record.After the experiment,the author analyzed whether there was significant difference in English learning between the two classes by investigation method to determine the validity of the experiment.Finally,the author proves that the affective teaching method can not only enhance students' confidence but also promote their positiveness of learning English and improve their attitudes toward English teachers.
