This paper selected Chinese compositions from four levels of Thai learners in HSK Dynamic Composition Corpus of Beijing Language and Culture University as samples.Firstly,a series of concepts and parameters,as well as measurement frame, were defined combining with previous research and direction of this paper.Secondly, standards and principles of corpus processing were provided, followed by transliteration, segmentation and statistics of compositions. Then, according to the frame, the calculation and analysis were given for observing the distribution and change of complexity and accuracy of written Chinese, along with interactions, from 18 indicators among four levels. The research showed that the complexity has developed obviously with the improvement of Chinese language.Various indicators, such as vocabulary diversity, length and diversity of T-unit and number of topic chains existed significant differences among different levels.Comparatively, the development of accuracy was full of inflections.Overall,it appeared negative nonlinear correlation with composition levels.Specifically, syntactic accuracy has gradually increased with composition levels, but errors in Chinese characters and vocabulary appeared in high rate all the time.Moveover, the study figured out that the negative correlation between complexity and accuracy was gradually apparent from intermediate to high level of Chinese language. The correlation of vocabulary complexity and syntactic complexity has increased a lot.Plenty of indicators among these dimensions clearly manifested correlations, with coexistence of competition and partnership. Finally, aimed at raised problems, this thesis proposed some recommendations for teaching and acquisition of Thai learners in Chinese writing.
