Nowadays,with the continuous development and progress of teaching of Chinese as a second language(TCSL),More and more people fall in love with Chinese and Chinese classes.Classroom is the main position of Chinese language learing.The effect of classroom teaching directly determines the prospect of TCSL.Therefore,how to maximize the effect of classroom teaching with limited time and energy has always been a topic that TCSL teachers need to pay attention to.In order to conduct classroom teaching effectively,orderly and systematically,it is particularly important for teachers to formulate appropriate teaching design in advance.Culture course is an important part of TCSL.However,it is also the most overlooked part.Therefore,teachers should put higher value on culture teaching in TCSL,combining language teaching together with culture teaching.This paper takes intermediate TCSL Culture Course ‘White Spirit,Full Cup;Tea,Halfcup’ as an example and conducts instructional design,teaching Chinese ‘wine’ and ‘tea’ culture.Guided by linguistics,psychology,pedagogy and other theories,the paper optimizes teaching steps and innovates teaching links to provide some reference for teaching Chinese as a second language.The whole paper is divided into the following four parts:Chapter 1: Introduction.This part explains the background and significance of the topic,and the research methods.It also summarizes the research status of teaching design,culture course in TCSL,and teaching design of culture course in TCSL.Chapter 2: The general idea of ??instructional design.This paper focuses on TCSL culture course ‘White Spirit,Full Cup;Tea,Halfcup’,and conducts analysis and design of teaching ideas in many aspects in order to carry out the preparatory work in an orderly manner including design principles,textbook analysis,teaching method analysis,teaching object analysis,teaching objectives,teaching methods,teaching content,teaching difficulties,teaching schedule and teaching aid preparation.Chapter 3: Main body of the paper.This part summarizes the teaching design of culture course of ‘White Spirit,Full Cup;Tea,Halfcup’,which is divided into 4class hours and 2 class types.It clarifies the classroom organization form,teaching content and teaching method involved in each step of the teaching process,and elaborates the design intent.Among them,the first lesson explained the new words and the content of the text;the second and third lessons explained the dialogue content of the textbook and related knowledge points;The supplement and practice of the "tea" culture and "wine" cultural content are aimed at the practical application of the first three lessons.Chapter 4: Conclusion.This part includes advantages and disadvantages of the teaching design,hopefully to provide some reference for TCSL.
