The Fu Ssu-Nien library in Taipei has a total of 11 volumes of the handwritten copy, which are marked as Emperor Ming Chenghua Regulations and Emperor Ming Chenghua 14and15 Years Regulations. The academic community speculates that is one of the important parts of the existing Ming Dynasty regulations Full Texts of the Regulations. This document has important academic value for understanding the legal changes in the Ming Dynasty, the relationship between the law and the regulation,as well as the social life in the middle of the Ming Dynasty. At present, there is still no research on the literature in the academic world. There are still many doubts around this literature to be solved. This article intends to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the above-mentioned Chenghua Regulations.Through introducing the transcript form and content characteristics of Chenghua Regulations and reveal its relationship with the the Tianyi Pavilion version and the National Library version's Full Texts of the Regulations, searching for the inscriptions in Ming Veritable Records and the existing records of the Ming Dynasty collections and the concentration of the speeches based on the two volumes in the Taipei Chenghua Regulations to analyze the historical materials value of the existing Chenghua Regulations, and discussing the relationship between Full Texts of the Regulations and Emperor Ming's Law Compilation, which are concerned by the academic community, the author will prove that the Taipei version of Chenghua Regulations is indeed an important part of the existing Full Texts of the Regulations. The Full Texts of the Regulations is a compilation of information prepared by the Ming Dynasty for the compilation of Regulations on torture. After the book was compiled,it was also copied by the court and used as a reference for Code of Great Ming Dynasty. The existing version Full Texts of the Regulations should be handed down by Fan Qin and collected in Tianyi Pavilion. The existence of Full Texts of the Regulations can make up for the lack of history.Besides,it can be concluded that about 85% of the contents of Full Texts of the Regulations are also contained in Emperor Ming's Law Compilation. Some regulations in Emperor Ming's Law Compilation were detached from one complete text of Full Texts of the Regulations. But both of the two books havetheir unique texts. The considerable degree of errors and omissions also indicate that even when Full Text of the Regulations is an important reference material for Emperor Ming's Law Compilation,it still has channels to supplement other Chenghua and Hongzhi years regulations, and its reference is also not the existing version Full Texts of the Regulations that are hidden between mainland China and Taiwan.
