Dunhong Tibetan literature has become one of the most important data set and basis for Tibetan studies.Since the founding of New China,Dunhong Studies have gradually developed into a mainstream discipline,many scholars have researched and articulated the importance of Dunhong literature,which has provided many original materials and research directions for Tibetan studies.Written records about legal systems in the past are translated into Chinese or other languages,which serve as guideposts to comprehend the culture and structure of the legal system of the Dunhong period.It also provides good first-hand materials and convenience for intellectuals from all academic backgrounds who use Chinese or other languages as their main language.In particular,whether the content or terms of the original text are fully translated has an important impact on the reader's attempt to understand and uncover related topics.This thesis is based on the Dunhong Tibetan legal literature of kept in the French National Library P.T1071?P.T1073?P.T1075 three literatures are the carrier of research,The introduction points out the content of the original text and the translation,and talks about the legal culture of Tibetan period.Mainly through Tibetan-Chinese translation theory,translation ethics,translation standards and other aspects of in-depth analysis,comparison and doubt,the questions and differences of views are explained for readers'research.At the same time,the original and translation of these three literatures were studied,which provided a model role for the method,standard and ethics of the translation of ancient Tibetan and ancient Chinese.At the same time,it provided important guidance to the author's future translation career.
