Study On Protective Development Of Intangible Cultural Tourism Heritage

Since The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has paid his attention on the excellent traditional culture of China.Five thousand years of Chinese history and culture is not only the cradle of culture for Chinese people,it is also the backbone supporting the nation's back.Intangible cultural heritage can send out contagious spiritual and cultural strength,therefore,and it has underestimated social effect,therefore,the government is trying its best to inherit and develop the intangible cultural heritage and maximize its value.The reason why China can stand among nations is because it has a strong cultural soft power composed by rich intangible cultural heritage.It is the responsibility of the entire society to effectively protect intangible cultural heritage.Xuzhou has 1 world-level,9 national-level,68 provincial-level and 159 municipal-level intangible cultural heritages.This is an important contribution to the inheritance of intangible cultural heritages both in China and the world.Firstly,based on literature review,intergrowth theory,staged authenticity theory social exchange theory and sustainable development,this paper analyzed the status of tourism development of intangible cultural heritage both at home and abroad.Secondly,this paper introduced the physical and geographical these two major factors forming the intangible cultural heritage in Xuzhou,and briefly analyzed its five major categories: language and oral literature,performing arts,traditional techniques,ceremonies and customs,knowledge and practice,thus to conclude the spatial distribution characteristics of these intangible cultural heritages in five districts,two county-level cities and three counties in Xuzhou.Thirdly,according to on-site investigations,we learnt the current development of intangible cultural heritage in Xuzhou,through establishment of target hierarchy,creation of index weights and determination of fuzzy score table,the paper quantitatively analyzed the evaluation of cultural heritage resources in Xuzhou,the results showed that some intangible cultural heritages are suitable for development and some are not.Finally,through qualitative and quantitative analysis of intangible cultural tourism resources in Xuzhou,it is suggested to develop the intangible cultural heritages under protection and regulation from four aspects: the necessity of protective development,development mode,development strategy and development mechanism,thus to promote the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage in Xuzhou.
