Research On Urban Visual Image Design Based On Regional Feature

City image design broadly covers many aspects such as city concept,city behavior,city vision,etc.City visual image is an intuitive reflection of city image and a comprehensive reflection of the city’s internal cultural spirit and external features.In the era of rapid city development,many cities have neglected the development and construction of the city’s own cultural characteristics due to their emphasis on modern development,resulting in the phenomenon of "Same imagines of the city".However,in recent years,some cities in China have gradually attached importance to the construction of city visual image,as for cities,the long-standing regional culture is the essence of the city,and the visual image is an important form of city regional culture.The purpose of this thesis is to summarize the design of city visual image through the analysis of typical city visual image design cases at home and abroad,literature research and other methods;Through the characteristics and current situation of city visual image design,the existing problems are considered and the development trend is analyzed;By analyzing the elements and forms of urban visual image,this paper explores the integration of city regional characteristics and visual image,and expounds that the development of city visual image has an indispensable significance of the times.The design will be analyzed in combination with the article,centering on the logo of Qingdao city’s visual image,focusing on the use of standard colors,standard characters and auxiliary graphics.Finally,the visual effects of the design will be presented through practical applications such as the environment,guidance systemsand cultural and creative products.Qingdao attaches great importance to city planning management and regional cultural exchange and communication,but the field of urban visual image research has little attention and development in practice.Therefore,the innovation of this thesis is to study and develop the design of Qingdao city visual image based on regional characteristics,the excavation of the significance of cultural symbols in the city image,and the proposal to invest the urban visual image Put it into practice.The author hopes that by standardizing the urban visual image and improving the integrity of the image system,the design scheme will promote the regional culture of Qingdao and contribute to the city’s image construction.
