Since Buddhism was introduced into China, the culture of Buddhism and Taoism has permeated and influenced each other. The concept and expression of Buddhism have a great influence on Taoism. After a long period of influence and evolution, many new words have been produced in Daojing, which are rooted in Daoism culture. However, due to the influence of Buddhism culture, these words have obvious Buddhist color in content and form,so they can be regarded as "Chinese Buddhist words".This paper takes the words in Wushangmi Yao as the corpus, selects the Buddhist source words as the starting point, and uses synchronic and diachronic analysis methods to summarize and analyze the Buddhist source words in Wushangmi Yao.This paper is divided into three chapters.Chapter one: It mainly introduces the communication between Buddhism and Taoism in the early stage, discusses the book and content of Wushangmi Yao,the current situation of the research on the etymology of Buddhism,as well as the research method, research value and significance of this paper.Chapter two: The words influenced by Buddhism in Wushangmi Yao.This paper mainly analyzes and discusses the following six aspects: commandments and commandments, the universe of heaven, karma reincarnation, science and technology, appellation, and cultivation methods.By examining the words influenced by Buddhist culture in Wushangmiyao,we can more directly see the phenomenon that the early Daojing absorbed Buddhism in terms of pragmatics, reflecting the interaction between Daojing words and Buddhist culture. The third chapter: the way of absorbing the source words of Buddhism. From the perspective of word form, concept and development and evolution, this paper sums up the basic rules of Buddhist words absorbed by Taoism in four ways: fully absorbing Buddhist concepts and corresponding word forms;learning from Buddhist language but changing its meaning, such as a series of semantic changes derived fromborrowing Buddhist scripture "Sanskrit",especially extending the meaning of moving words, fully reflecting the way that Taoist Scriptures learn from Buddhism and create new words Characteristics;learning from Buddhist concepts to create new words;Chinese native words infused with Buddhist meaning and then absorbed by Taoism, such as the morphological change process of Buddhism "return" and "conversion",and then borrowed by Daojing, these are our concerns. The conclusion reveals the pragmatic interaction between Buddhism and Taoism, and summarizes the basic ways of absorbing Buddhist words,so that we can understand that Taoism's borrowing Buddhist terms is not blindly copied, but according to its own principles, development and presentation, etc.,and has carried out corresponding changes. This study provides a corpus basis for the mutual influence and infiltration of Buddhism and Taoism, and also makes a little contribution to the enrichment and deepening of the research on the vocabulary of middle ancient Chinese.
