With the birth and development of mobile language learning models,international Chinese education has begun to rely on modern technology for transformation and upgrading.Using APP to learn Chinese has become a new development trend.The paper focuses on the Chinese language learning app developed in mainland China and Taiwan.Through comparative analysis of its advantages and disadvantages,it provides suggestions for the development of mobile learning in international Chinese education.The paper is based on the Chinese language learning APP market based on the iOS system.It summarizes one hundred Chinese language learning APPs from mainland China and Taiwan,presents a simple analysis of the current status of them.Then,the paper established an app evaluation system of four indicators: computer technology,scientific specifications,language learning,and art aesthetics.It screened ChineseSkill and stories of Chinese characters from mainland China,learning Chinese and Art of Chinese Characters from Taiwan,These four Chinese learning apps have been analyzed in detail,showing their characteristics and advantages.Finally,based on the results of the comparative analysis,the paper points out the shortcomings of Chinese learning apps on both sides of the strait,and puts forward relevant suggestions and analyzes the development trend.The paper finds that Chinese learning apps on both sides of the strait have their own advantages.They also have shortcomings such as lack of pertinence in learning,low selectivity of learning content,and lack of interaction design.At the same time,APPs on both sides of the strait also have their own shortcomings.In response to these shortcomings,the paper gives suggestions to each other and three suggestions to both: enhance the practicality and pertinence of Chinese learning apps;expand the interactive and hierarchical design of Chinese learning apps;Finally,cross-strait cooperation is required to achieve Complementary advantages.
