In recent years,art education has been paid more and more attention by the state.However,rural vocational schools do not pay much attention to art teaching,which leads to the poor quality of art classroom teaching.The input of art teachers is an important factor that affects the quality of art classroom teaching.Taking Lianyuan as an example,this paper discusses the current situation of art teachers' teaching investment in rural vocational schools,analyzes the existing problems and the reasons,and puts forward measures to solve the problems,hoping to provide reference value for improving the quality of art teaching in rural vocational schools.This paper uses the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview to analyze the investment of art teachers in rural vocational schools.This paper consists of four parts,the first part mainly expounds the research significance,research content,research ideas and research methods of art teachers' teaching investment in rural vocational schools,combing the relevant research results at home and abroad about teachers' teaching investment.The second part takes three vocational schools in Lianyuan area as the survey object,through the questionnaire and interview with art teachers and students,to understand the current situation of art teachers' investment in teaching time,teaching energy and teaching emotion in rural vocational schools.The third part analyzes the factors that affect the teaching input of art teachers.The author believesthat the main external factors that lead to the lack of teaching input of art teachers are the lack of attention to art courses,the low enthusiasm of students for art learning,and the unsound teaching and research system of school art teaching.The lack of teaching achievement of art teachers,the lack of work responsibility of art teachers,and the lack of art teachers The internal factors that lead to the lack of investment of art teachers.In the fourth part,according to the existing problems and influencing factors,some suggestions are put forward from two aspects: school and art teachers to strengthen the investment in the teaching of art teachers in rural vocational schools,that is,to create a good learning atmosphere of art in rural vocational schools,to improve the teaching and research system of art teachers,and to establish a teaching incentive mechanism for art teachers;art teachers should enhance their sense of teaching responsibility and strengthen their professional skills Ideal.
