A Study On The Optimal Strategies For Improving The Teaching Ability Of Art Interns In The New Era

The goal of the art education major of senior teachers is to train high quality art teachers in primary and secondary schools for the new era.Therefore,the practice of art education plays a very important role in improving the education and teachinglevel of art teachers' students,familiar with the learning situation of primary and middle school students and the environment and conditions of primary and secondary schools.For two consecutive years,I followed my tutor to lead the students(1)of our college to Jiangbei Middle School in Changsha County to carry out education practice.Therefore,I have more experience and many thoughts on this topic.Then the author combined with the topic,onthespot investigation and exclusive interview of the other two normal colleges(2)in the province of fine arts teacher major education practice,so this topic will be identified as their own dissertation.It is worth mentioning in particular that the education practice schools ofart interns in this paper are almost all located in villages(1)and towns,so the improvement of their teaching ability is mainly based on the environment and conditions of art teaching in rural middle schools.This article is divided into four parts:Introduction: This paper explains the purpose and function of this paper,summarizes the research status of art internteaching ability at home and abroad,and briefly describes the research ideas,research methods and innovations.The first chapter: Based on the sample survey and general analysis of the teaching ability of art interns in three normal colleges,combined with their own observation and interview results,the main problems and causes of their teaching are summarized.The second chapter: This chapter is the focus of this paper,mainly based on the current basic art education in the art core literacy led by the background,art interns master the art teaching and curriculum resources of the path,improve teaching practice methods,improve the ability of teamwork and teaching reflection.Chapter three: Mainly according to the national require ments for professional certification of teachers,combined with the research of this paper,how to improve the professional quality of art interns made further thinking,and put forward relevant suggestions.In a word,Every senior teacher's art teacher's major has to go through a period of educational practice,which is their important compulsory course.But for the teacher or practitioner(art intern),how to make the students adapt to the environment and improve their professional accomplishment and teaching ability in this short time,especially in the relatively backward environment of rural middle school.This is a subject worthy of further study,and even a long way to go.
