A Study On The Exegesis Of Qiushu Xiangzhu

Qiushu Xiangzhu is a detailed note by Xu Fu who studied the QiuShu.QiuShu covers philosophy,religion,history,sociology,literature,art,linguistics and other fields,and its content is profound.In order to complete the Qiushu Xiangzhu,Xu Fu devoted his life to the annotation of the QiuShu.With the extensive knowledge of the Chinese and Western cultures and the profound academic attainment,he explained the QiuShu on the basis of his deep understanding,enabling us to appreciate the rich spiritual treasure of the QiuShu.Mr.Xu Fu 's exegetical thoughts are reflected in the various aspects of exegetical practice in the Qiushu Xiangzhu.This paper has done a systematic study on its exegesis,including four parts:The first chapter is the introduction to Zhang Taiyan and his work QiuShu,Xu Fu and his work Qiushu Xiangzhu,research overview,research significance and methodology of this study.The second chapter is on exegesis content of Qiushu Xiangzhu.The contents of Qiushu Xiangzhu are divided into three parts:explaining the meaning of the chapter titles,interpreting the words,and interpreting the sentences.The third chapter has the statistics and analysis of the terminology in the Qiushu Xiangzhu.The terminology in the Qiushu Xiangzhu is divided into four categories:interpretation terms,collation terms,rhetorical terms and character forms.The interpretation terms include wei,yue,zhi,you,youyan,mao,yan,shu and tongyan;collation terms are wudao,wuzuo,wuwei,tuozi,duozi,yizuo,zuo,dangzuo,dangwei,benzuo,and yi;rhetorical terms mainly contain yu;and terms about character forms are duyue,duwei,tong,tong and guzitong.The fourth chapter summarizes the methods of exegesis in Qiushu Xiangzhu.There are seven categories,including interpretation by cultural background,phonetic notation,collation,explaining meanings from sounds,character forms,grammar and so on.In the last chapter,the author expounds the characteristics and value of the exegesis.
