Self-stigma is the reaction of the person being stigmatized to the self while internalizing the public stigma.The negative effects of self-stigma hinder the development of physical and mental health of individuals.In the audience group of self-stigma,the orphan group is often ignored,so it is necessary to choose the right intervention technology to timely intervene in the self-stigma of orphans,so as to avoid the self-stigma hindering the physical and mental development of orphans.Among self-stigma intervention techniques,ACT has a good practical basis for self-stigma intervention.Painting therapy is more easily accepted by children because of its good intervention effect and interesting intervention process.Based on this,ACT combined painting Therapy was selected to design "ACT Combined painting Therapy Group Intervention Program" in this study.By analyzing quantitative indicators and qualitative indicators such as children's painting works,the intervention effect of group intervention program on orphans with high self-stigma was further studied.In June 2019,the B city welfare home orphan for screening self stigma,selection of high self stigma index as the research object,the orphan test design of the experimental group before and after the experimental group-control group 10 high self stigma orphans group intervention for 15 weeks,four times a week,120 min at a time,the control group 10 high self stigma not to intervene.Children in both groups were guaranteed not to receive interventions other than group intervention programmes during the study period.In terms of quantitative evaluation,the self-stigma index,empirical avoidance and cognitive integration of orphans were measured by the Questionnaire on Students' Self-stigma,empirical avoidance and Cognitive integration compiled by Wang Xiaona.In terms of qualitative assessment,the psychological changes of children in the experimental group were assessed by collecting the drawing projection test before and after the intervention during the intervention.As an auxiliary reference index.Experimental results In the quantitative evaluation,the scores of the three measures of orphan self-stigma,cognitive integration and empirical avoidance in the experimental group were improved to different degrees after intervention,which were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).The follow-up measurement results after 12 weeks showed that the scores of the three measures were significantly different from those in the control group.It indicates that ACT combined with the group intervention program ofpainting therapy has a significant effect on the improvement of self-stigma of orphans,and the stability of the intervention effect can be maintained for at least 12 weeks.
