Interpersonal trust is expectations of one party against another in words, commitment andbehavior reliability in the interaction process. Sense of security is the subjective feelings andexperiences of individuals to their environment whether there is the risk. Mental-health is refersto the individual to establish a good relationship with others, the correct understanding toevaluate themselves, actively communication, have the good life learning habits, etc. This paperaims to the influence of interpersonal trust and sense of on the mental health effects by taking theorphan sub-orphan and left-behind as the testes and adopting the standard scale. The researchputs forward suggestions to improve their mental health according to the present interpersonaltrust, security and psychological situation of the orphan, sub-orphan and left-behind.Conclusion：1. The interpersonal trust of orphan, sub-orphan and left-behind children has no difference ofgender，grades and kinds.2. The sense of security of orphan, sub-orphan and left-behind childrenhas no difference of gender and kinds. The interpersonal security has difference in grade. Otherdimensions of security have no difference in grade.3. The Mental-health of orphan, sub-orphanand left-behind children has difference of gender in terrorist tendency. The dimensions oflearning anxiety and terrorist tendency have difference in grade. The dimension of allergictendency has difference in kind.4. There is significant negative correlation between interpersonaltrust and mental-health. Mental-health can be predicted from particularistic trust.5. There issignificant positive correlation between sense of security and all dimension of mental-healthexcept to terrorist tendency. From the regression analysis，used in the regression equation，emotional security and self security can predict the level of mental-health.6. There issignificant negative correlation between sense of security and interpersonal trust. From theregression analysis，used in the regression equation，sense of security can be predicted fromparticularistic trust.7. By regression and structural model, found that interpersonal trust of orphan,sub-orphan and left-behind children can directly affect mental-health, also indirect effects tomental-health through sense of security.
