| In Article 16 of the Decision of the State Council on Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education([Guofa 2014]19),it is clearly pointed out that the curriculum cohesion system should be established and improved.To meet the needs of economic development,industrial upgrading and technological progress,a linkage development mechanism between professional teaching standards and professional standards should be established.Promote the connection of professional settings,professional curriculum content and vocational standards,promote the connection of secondary vocational education training objectives,professional settings and teaching process,and form a closely linked,distinctive and dynamically adjusted vocational education curriculum system.We should implement quality education in an all-round way,set up courses scientifically and rationally,and carry out the education of professional ethics and humanistic literacy throughout the whole process of training①.The core task of secondary vocational education is to train qualified skilled talents for social and economic development.Curriculum is the basic carrier for students to acquire vocational skills and develop their professional qualities.Traditional secondary vocational education is based on the acquisition of theoretical knowledge,ignoring the exchange between courses and industries,ignoring the acquisition of students’industry experience,the formation of post competence and the cultivation of professional quality.In recent years,with the rapid development of Vocational Education in China,the traditional curriculum system has been difficult to adapt to the development of the times,and it is impossible to complete the core task of modern secondary vocational education.At present,there is no unified syllabus and relatively scientific and reasonable evaluation strategy for the music curriculum of preschool education major in secondary vocational schools.The evaluation of students’learning in school is limited to the single evaluation of school teachers.Once the trained students go to work and enter kindergartens,there will be many incompatibilities in their work and they will come out.The negative emotions of self negation are not conducive to students’ career growth.Therefore,it is urgent to carry out music curriculum construction and student evaluation strategy research for preschool education major in secondary vocational schools,so as to integrate our education with modern preschool education.There are preschool education majors in Colleges and universities.Most of their research is based on the evaluation mechanism formulated by a qualified teacher’s standard.This study is different from that of colleges and universities.This paper is based on the status of preschool teachers in secondary vocational schools and the real situation of secondary vocational students.It is to study the learning conditions of secondary vocational students and a qualified one.The evaluation system of teacher standards and organic combination.For our teachers majoring in preschool education in secondary vocational schools,we shoulder the responsibility of training qualified preschool teachers in the future,which is a responsibility that must be earnestly shouldered.What is the standard of qualified preschool teachers in preschool education?How to evaluate the courses of fine arts,dance,music,children’s theory and so on?This is undoubtedly the problem that teachers who are engaged in preschool education in secondary vocational schools should calm down and think about and study.The results of this study can be used as a guide for kindergarten units in Huangpi District of Wuhan to assess kindergarten teachers. |
