| With the rapid development of preschool education major,more and more junior high school graduates choose preschool education major in secondary vocational schools.The comprehensive quality of preschool teachers is particularly important.Music skill is one of the professional skills that preschool teachers must master.Good music literacy is a necessary quality for preschool teachers to lead to their career.Through combing the relevant research on the curriculum reform of preschool education at home and abroad,the researcher finds that the research on music curriculum reform of preschool education in secondary vocational schools is less,but the practical problems are more prominent.The researcher takes T City Vocational Education Center as the research object,starting from the two dimensions of teaching and management,based on practical problems,uses action research method to study the status quo,the process of curriculum reform and the effect of curriculum reform of pre-school education specialty in secondary vocational schools,finds out the problems in the course of curriculum implementation,and puts forward solutions.After three rounds of curriculum reform,good results have been achieved.The results show that:1.Research on the Current Situation of Music Course.Researchers investigated the relationship between kindergarten music activities and learning environment,enrollment basis,learning situation,learning status and curriculum development.Researchers found that students have weak entrance foundation,increased difficulty in follow-up courses,unsatisfactory learning effect,independent disciplines,poor learning status,unclear learning purpose,theory and practice disconnection,learning useless and other issues.In response to these problems,the researchers conducted a cause analysis.2.Research on the process of music curriculum reform.In view of the problems arising from the investigation of the current situation,action research has been carried out on the implementation process of music curriculum reform of preschool education major in secondary vocational schools,and solutions have been formulated.Throughthree rounds of curriculum reform,good results have been achieved.The first round of curriculum reform takes dance course as a pilot and innovates boldly;the second round of curriculum reform extends the reform antenna to keyboard and vocal music course,and comprehensively promotes the reform;the third round of curriculum reform pays attention to the improvement of students’ comprehensive ability,the combination of virtue and technology,and the all-round development.Three rounds of curriculum reform,from the curriculum objectives,teaching content,teaching materials,teaching methods,methods and evaluation methods,explored and studied the music curriculum reform of preschool education specialty in secondary vocational schools,and solved the specific problems in the implementation process.3.The effect of music curriculum reform is remarkable.After the music curriculum reform,students’ learning status has been significantly improved,teachers’ professional identity has been significantly improved,and employers have given high evaluation to graduates.With the increase of pre-school education graduates year by year,the supply of graduates exceeds the demand,and the teaching quality and management level have been unanimously recognized and praised by kindergartens. |
