As the "Chinese fever" continues to rise in recent years,more and more foreigners are learning Chinese and understanding Chinese culture.Based on the above needs,the Chinese international education profession has developed rapidly,the teachers and students are growing,and the types of Chinese teaching for foreigners are also increasing.Teaching internships is one of the important links for training Chinese international education professionals.Teaching internships can test students' theoretical learning,combine theory and practice,and then let students understand the quality of talents required by society in advance,helping students better transition to employment and work to adapt to the current status of the workplace.At present,teaching internships of MTCSOL is divided into overseas internships and domestic internships.The overseas internships are mainly Confucius Institutes.The number of Confucius Institutes has increased,the number of applicants has also expanded,and competition is fierce.Therefore,most students need to stay in China to complete the internship.which has both subjective and objective reasons.Although the Confucius Institute plays an important role in the spread of Chinese,domestic teaching internships is closer to the Chinese teaching and employment environment and is more conducive to the future development and employment of students.At present,in the field of researching Chinese international education teaching internships,most of them focus on surveying overseas internships,and few specialized in domestic teaching internships.Therefore,we should pay attention to the status of domestic teaching internships,and increase care and training for domestic internships.Understanding the problems in the internship process of domestic interns and analyzing the problems to find solutions are also of practical significance for improving the cultivation of Chinese language international education talents,and for MTCSOL who are about to carry out professional practice.This article is conducted through questionnaires and personal interviews.It surveys the internship of the MTCSOL in teaching internships in nine universities in the Beijing area,and conducts a survey of six interns in different internship locations.Interview to analyze the overall teaching practice effect of graduate students.On this basis,the characteristics of domestic teaching internships are summarized,and corresponding improvement suggestions are proposed for the problems encountered by interns during the internship process.This article is mainly composed of five parts:The first part is to introduce the reason and significance of the topic selection.It summarizes the main research results of previous researches on teaching internships from the three aspects of professional practice training model,the current status of MTCSOL internship and practical ability research,and expounds the research content and research of this article.method.The second part is to introduce the overall situation of the questionnaire in this article,mainly elaborating the purpose,content,object and process of the survey in this study.Using online questionnaires.a total of 120 MTCSOL of different grades from nine well-known universities in Beijing including Peking University,Beijing Foreign Studies University,Beijing Language and Culture University,and Ren min University of China were surveyed.The third part is the main body of this article,which is the investigation and analysis of the internship situation of the MTCSOL in teaching internships in China.The questionnaire has a total of 44 questions,from five aspects:the basic situation of the intern,the situation before the internship,the specific internship of the intern,the problems encountered during the internship and the solution,and the teaching reflection and suggestions after the internship in-depth analysis.After investigation,it is found that the types of internships in China are mainly North American language programs,Chinese language teaching institutions,domestic colleges and universities,and international departments of primary and secondary schools.Different types of internships have different problems and different jobs.The teaching abilities of interns are generally improved,and the direction of future career development is more clear.The fourth part is to summarize the characteristics of domestic teaching internships and suggestions for the domestic teaching internships of the MTCSOL.It mainly focuses on the problems encountered by interns in the entire process of internship and professional internship suggestions in part three.The author returns from training units and interns,there are practical perspectives from three perspectives of internship units.The fifth part is the summary of the full text.It summarizes the research results and deficiencies of this article,and provides a reference direction for future in-depth research on domestic teaching practice.
