| As a more successful national opera work in recent years,Canal ballad has gained people’s favor and affirmation in shaping women’s roles.This paper intends to analyze the roles in the play from sociological,artistic and musicological aspects,to promote the truth,goodness and beauty,and to criticize the fake,evil and ugliness from the tragic shock.From the perspective of feminism,this paper analyses the role characteristics and classical arias,further explores the influence of Feminism on the role setting of national operas,and puts forward scientific suggestions for the future creation of national operas in line with social development and Chinese characteristics.In the introduction,this paper summarizes the purpose and significance of the topic selection,literature review,research methods and the definition of the concept;the second chapter introduces the female image in the classical operas in our history,and illustrates the importance of feminism in the creation of national operas;the third chapter introduces the Canal Ballad.The plot,creative background and characteristics are explained,which lays a foundation for the analysis of the four main characters in the fourth chapter.Finally,it makes expectations and prospects for the new development of feminism in national operas in the new era. |
