Research On The Cultural Inheritance And Development Of Hainan Opera From The Perspective Of Management

Hainan has a long history and different marine cultural traditions:tropical culture,LiMiao culture,Muslim culture and immigrant culture.Qiongju is the dominant form of cultural concentration of Han immigrants in Hainan.It is the epitome of traditional art in Hainan and one of the most representative cultures of Han music in Hainan.Qiong opera culture not only refers to Qiong opera,but also includes all the cultural forms related to the production and development of Qiong opera.The study of qiongju culture is of great significance to the development of Hainan local culture.However,at present,our research on qiongju is far from enough.Qiongju opera has not been developed in foreign countries,and there are few research results in China.At the same time,the development of Hainan Qiong opera is facing a survival crisis,which is mainly manifested in the difficulties of heavy burden on the state-owned troupes,brain drain,artist fault and other difficulties.Based on the analysis of Hainan qiongju culture living environment and the investigation of qiongju culture market,this paper compares and analyzes the management characteristics of qiongju under the state-owned and private-owned systems,puts forward the guiding role of modern art management theory in qiongju culture,foresees that the future survival predicament of qiongju will be further aggravated,and puts forward a series of management measures,so as to further Step to improve the development mode of qiongju opera,rescue and protect the cultural treasure of qiongju opera.Our suggestions include strengthening the management concept,improving the management system,improving the living environment of management talents,and realizing the information-based art management mode.
