Research On The Management Of Cultural Heritage In The Renovation Of The Old City

Emerson said,"cities exist by memory.".The historical and cultural heritage of the city carries the cultural gene of the city and reflects its spiritual characteristics.However,with the acceleration of urbanization and modernization in China,the living space of cultural heritage has been greatly impacted.The management of historical and cultural heritage has become a major task for urban leaders.As a part of history,material cultural heritage and intangible cultural heritage are the common wealth of the whole society.Therefore,the government should protect and make good use of them in the process of urban renewal.At the same time,research on public institutions deepens.We always use public management theory to guide different subjects,such as governments,enterprises,non-governmental organizations,and individuals to participate in governance.And the academic background is the branch theory of governance theory,government leading theory,which is to strengthen the innovation and remodeling of the government,and play the role of "meta governance" in the governance system,which is the theoretical basis of this paper together with the theory of multi governance proposed in the theory of social co governance.Taking the management of cultural heritage in Northern Xuyi County rundown urban area rebuilt project as an example,we can find issues as below: poor financial guarantee in cultural heritage management,ordinary management planning,weak foundation of cultural heritage inheritance.This paper explores the countermeasures and measures in government management perspective:further perfecting the legal system in cultural heritage protection,improve the basis for the inheritance of cultural heritage,make use of cultural heritage innovatively and comprehensively.In this way,we can improve the level of cultural heritage management in the transformation of old citiesThis paper focus on the existing problem in the management of Chinese historical cultural heritage by placing the management in the government operation mechanism,and try to build an multiple governance mechanism based on the participation of society and the the masses of the people,trying to make historical and cultural heritage management more sustainable and scientific.As an economically underdeveloped city,the contradiction between economic development and historical cultural heritage management is prominent,and the model effect of such cities is more far-reaching than that of developed areas.Local governments,in conjunction with other institutions,should strive to overcome their shortcomings in the practice of historical cultural heritage management by defining the scope and value of cultural heritage in a timely manner through surveys.The government should make full use of the protected areas on the basis of protection and inheritance through good protection measures,excavation of cultural connotations,inheritance and utilization,and to promote the development of tourism,to serve the community to achieve the perpetuation of our cultural heritage.
