Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Revitalization Of Rural Culture In The New Era

Culture is the soul of a country and a nation.A country prospers when its culture is strong and a nation is strong when its culture is strong.China is a big agricultural country with 900 million farmers.The report made in the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,agriculture,rural areas and farmers are related to the fundamental problem of national democracy and thus considered as the top priority.With the completion of building a well-off society in an all-round way,there has been a breakthrough in rural areas,especially the rural economy has a greater promotion.However,the revitalization of rural culture has not kept up with the pace of economic progress.The lack of understanding of rural cultural thoughts leads to the backwardness of infrastructure and basic ideas.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that general secretary Xi Jinping emphasized the importance of rural cultural revitalization in China's future development in the study conducted among the Political Bureau of the 19 th national congress of the CPC Central Committee.Based on this,the author of this paper traces the history,and through reading and searching a large number of documents,firstly carries out a longitudinal analysis of China's rural culture to understand and review the culture in the agricultural period.As the origin and beginning of rural culture,agricultural culture plays a leading role in the author's exploration of rural culture.The paper made a review of the development of rural culture after the founding of PRC,with the time span from the early founding of PRC,the reform and opening up,to the 19 th CPC National Congress,and provide a detailed understanding of the development of rural culture in China.At the beginning of the founding of PRC,literacy and educated youth went to the countryside to promote the rural culture.These two movements changed the reality of the poor and weak rural culture in the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China,and let our ancestors and great-grandparents receive cultural baptism in that era.The author then explains the effect of rural culture by the resumption of college entrance examination and nine-year compulsory education during the reform and opening up period.These two reforms have changed the lives of school-age children and young people,enabling our parents and future generations to receive higher cultural education.Finally,the author expounds the development of rural culture since the 19 th National Congress and takes a familiar village as an example to understand the current situation ofrural culture.The author reviews the history,combined with the present author familiar village culture,expounds the problems existing in the rural culture.The current rural culture mainly has the following problems: weak rural cultural infrastructure construction,lack of rural cultural talents,poor rural civilization,slow development of rural cultural industries,imperfect rural cultural management,and passive education of farmers' professional education.In-depth analysis,the author proposes corresponding countermeasures,the rural culture should be passed down and protected,the infrastructure should be used to the best of its ability,the rural cultural funds should be increased,and the rural cultural material should be guaranteed;the rural culture should be fully communicated and fully Use existing cultural resources and human resources to hold “village friends' associations” to enhance the function of rural culture feedback;rural culture should promote the construction of rural civilization and increase publicity and education;rural culture should also develop rural cultural industries and strengthen rural culture.At the same time,grassroots management should foster new types of professional peasants,turn passive into initiative,let peasants follow others,let rural culture become a booster for rural help,and make rural culture a driving force for rural rejuvenation.
