Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Cultural Revitalization Under The Rural Revitalization Strategy

Since the 18th National Congress,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the main social contradiction has been transformed into the contradiction between the people’s growing needs for a better life and unbalanced and insufficient development.The Party Central Committee has formulated many policies and measures to solve this main contradiction.Under such historical conditions,the Rural Revitalization Strategy came into being.Rural Revitalization Strategy is a systematic project with rich connotation.Among them,the revitalization of rural culture is the spiritual basis of Rural Revitalization.If culture prospers,the countryside prospers,and if culture is strong,the countryside is strong.Therefore,under the new historical conditions,taking Rural Revitalization as the starting point,in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the process of rural cultural revitalization,and put forward constructive suggestions,which is of positive significance to promote rural social development and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This paper is divided into introduction and four chapters to analyze the revitalization of rural culture.The introduction explains the research background and significance of this paper,the research status at home and abroad,the key and difficult points and innovations of the research,the basic ideas and research methods.The main body is divided into four parts: firstly,starting from the Rural Revitalization Strategy and the basic theory of rural cultural revitalization,highlight the importance of rural cultural revitalization,and then explain that it is imperative to revitalize rural culture.Secondly,it deeply analyzes various problems encountered in the process of rural cultural revitalization from different angles,then expounds the successful cases of rural cultural revitalization at home and abroad,and summarizes the construction enlightenment.Finally,according to the problems existing in the revitalization of rural culture and the experience and enlightenment at home and abroad,this paper puts forward constructive suggestions for the revitalization of rural culture: optimizing the cultural market environment,vigorously developing rural economy,retaining the main body of cultural construction,carrying out rural education,improving villagers’ scientific and cultural cultivation and moral quality,protecting rural traditional cultural resources and so on.
