Since the new century,after a period of silence,"the 1970's Writers"have appeared again in front of the public.Different from "the Bodily Writing" of Beauty Writers in the 1990s,this return is a restarting after the self-discovery.As a member of "the 1970's Writers",Xu Zechen,with his "Hua Jie" series and "Jing Piao" series,has made a foothold in the literary arena.In recent years,the successive published novels such as Jerusalem,the City Like the Sea,and Northbound have been well received by the academia and readers,and set off a series of discussions.Xu Zechen' s works focuses on the "the 1970's",narrates the double dilemmas of life and spirit faced by the generation,and explores the way out in the writing and imagination.In the noisy and impetuous moment,Xu Zechen explores and narrates with a simple,sincere and simple attitude.His writing is steady,his content is substantial,and his idea is exquisite.He seems to tell us his past,or to observe people' s every move.He goes through many troubles and mental confusion,to the deepest part of people' s heart.From Nine Ntories of Flower Street to Heaven and Earth,then to Jerusalem and Northbound,Xu Zechen is constantly exploring the growth space of literature and the spiritual outlet of "one generation".The study of Xu Zechen' s writing process,novel writing practice and the thinking about reality will help us to understand the growing process of the "post-70" generation,as well as provide reference for our current literary research and the creation of novels in the context of popular culture.The main body of this paper is divided into four parts.The first chapter mainly expounds the process of "the 1970' s Writers" to find themselves and to seek spiritual breakthrough under the special background of the times.On this basis,this paper discusses Xu Zechen,and pays attention to his acceptance,to see the process of breaking through the reality of "the 1970' s Writers".The second chapter starts with Xu Zechen' s growth experience and works,and explores the spiritual origin of Xu Zechen's novels,including his literary hometown and spiritual hometown,his own experience writing,and his historicism.The third chapter focuses on the narrative characteristics of Xu Zechen's novels.At the same time,this part interprets the significance of several representative narrative perspectives and cobweb narrative structure in Xu Zechen's novel creation;the conclusion part summarizes the main points of interpretation in the text,and looks forward to the important significance of "the 1970' s Writers" represented by Xu Zechen.
