Among the group of "post-70s" novelists,Xu Zechen is outstanding.Since 1997,he has contributed a lot of high-quality works to the literary world.He was called "the glory of Post-70 s writers" .His works also show a person's possible soul vision in his youth.He won many literary awards for his novels such as Jerusalem and If A Snowstorm Seals the Door.The deep motivation and core purport of Xu Zechen's novels are the reflection on the value of life ethics.Throughout his works,from the local world on paper to the royal city of Beijing and then to the vast world,Xu Zechen's literary narrative map is expanding step by step.From everyday life to spiritual dilemmas to the depths of the soul,he reveals the existence of life layer by layer.Based on the theory of "narrative ethics" at home and abroad,this paper begins with Xu Zechen's narrative space layout,typical images and "the meaningful forms" to explore the ethical implications and aesthetic effects behind the text.The thesis is divided into three parts: Introduction,Main text and Conclusion.The introduction summarizes the definition of "narrative ethics" in Chinese and foreign academic circles.This paper reviews the research status of Xu Zechen's novels from three aspects:subject,theme and aesthetic strategies.The main text includes threes parts: the first chapter relies on the three coordinate points "Huajie Street" ,"Beijing" ,"Jerusalem" in Xu Zechen's novel map to explore the ethical real image of each layout.The second chapter chooses three typical images of animals,weather and society to analyze the ethical intention of specific images.The third chapter explores the ethical effects of narrative mechanism from three levels: nonlinear structure,time of deformation and perspective of change.The concluding part summarizes the main part and briefly analyses the value of Xu Zechen's novel narrative ethics.
