Purpose: this study investigates the employment stress and coping style of college graduates by means of test method,and explores the mediation effect of coping style on College Students' metacognition and employment stress.Then,based on Beer's positive metacognitive theory and questionnaire,a set of positive metacognitive groupassisted program is developed.To improve non-adaptive coping and alleviate employment stress by group psychological intervention verifies the validity of the programe.Method: This study is divided into two parts: Current Investation and Intervention study The First Part: In order to explore the relationship among meta-cognition,coping styles and employment stress of College graduates,a survey is conducted among senior students from five universities in Hangzhou by using positive meta-cognitive meta-emotion questionnaire(PMCEQ)and other questionnaires.SPSS 22 statistical software is used to analyze the data.The result is as follows:(1)There are significant differences in employment stress among different majors,genders and student cadres.(2)The total score of positive metacognition and all dimensions negatively correlated with the total score of employment stress and all dimensions,the positive coping style positively,and the negative coping style negatively.Negative metacognition has a positive correlation with total scores of employment stress and dimensions,a negative correlation with positive coping styles,and a positive correlation with negative coping styles.(3)Metacognition can predict coping style and employment stress,but positive metacognition can better predict coping style and employment stress than negative metacognition.In addition,coping styles have mediation effects between metacognition and employment stress.The Second Part: The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of group-assisted intervention of positive metacognitive technology on College Students' employment stress and coping styles.The period of implementation of the regiment assistance is from October to December,which lasts for six times,each time for 90 minutes.According to the data analysis of the first study,27% of the students who have measured the non-adaptive coping style are selected as the group assistant subjects.24 subjects are selected through interviews and randomly divided into experimental group(12 people)and control group(12 people).Quasi-experimental design is adopted to validate the group assistant program.Result: There exists no significant difference between the pretest of the control group and the post test of the control group in the scores of scale and dimensions.Meanwhile,this study also explores the coping styles of college students in reshaping hope,universality,group learning,information transmission,group emotional support,developing social skills,group cohesion,imitative behavior and existential factors.Two months later,through collecting data of experimental group to analyze extended posttest,results find that positive metacognition technology has a durative effect onemployment stress.Conclusion: Metacognition can predict employment stress by intermediation of coping styles.Besides,positive metacognition has a more prediction in employment stress than negative metacognition.Group-assisted intervention of positive metacognition technology can improve postgraduate's non-adaptive coping and remit employment stress.
