The need for foreign learners to learn Chinese is accompanied by a growing trend in China's economy and a diversified trend.The Chinese teaching in the traditional classroom obviously can not meet such diverse needs,so they began to seek Chinese learning customization services,which is the starting point of the "one-on-one" Chinese teaching mode.However,most universities offering Chinese courses cannot set up one-on-one Chinese courses because of teachers and teaching venues.This has prompted many professional Chinese language training institutions to teach Chinese in the "one-on-one" teaching mode in recent years.course.The author has been internship for half a year at the Unicorn Institute of Languages??in Indonesia,where he served as a lecturer in the “one-on-one” comprehensive course,writing class and oral class.In the author's teaching internship for half a year,I found that the professors of "one-on-one" oral class are unique.However,after studying a lot of theoretical literature,the author finds that the research on "one-on-one" oral teaching mode is very scarce and cannot be taught.Practice provides effective guidance.The author conducted two surveys for this study,collecting and adopting the "one-on-one" Chinese speaking teachers' opinions on the "one-on-one" oral teaching mode,through data analysis and comparison: analyzing how Chinese spoken language teachers choose and use "One-on-one" oral teaching mode;summed up seven specific "one-on-one" oral teaching modes;internal comparison of these seven "one-on-one" oral teaching modes;corresponding to the mode External comparison of one-on-one-to-many classrooms.Case study is the highlight of this paper.The author wants to use the case practice to verify the results of the survey analysis,and also wants to present the model application in the real classroom.This article is divided into the following five parts:The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research reason and research significance of this paper and the current research status of Chinese one-on-one teaching,teaching mode and Chinese oral teaching.The topic of this paper is based on theoretical research in these three aspects.In addition,this chapter also introduces the research methods mainly used in this paper.The second chapter sorts out the definition of the previous teaching mode and defines and explains the one-to-one Chinese oral teaching mode studied in this paper.At the same time,it points out that there are problems in the traditional one-to-one oral teaching,such asthe traditional teaching mode and the separation of oral teaching.At the end of the chapter,the "one-on-one" and "one-to-many" oral classes are compared,and the advantages and disadvantages of the "one-on-one" oral classroom are pointed out.The third chapter is the analysis part of the survey and survey results.The author mainly analyzes the teacher's own,the teacher's choice of teaching mode,the characteristics of "one-on-one" students,and the teacher's cognition of oral class.The topic-driven teaching mode,the immersive situational teaching mode,the film-assisted teaching mode,the task-based teaching mode,the partner collaborative teaching mode,the student-based teaching mode,and the step-based teaching mode are determined(study in strict accordance with the textbook teaching order).Seven kinds of oral teaching modes.It summarizes the important factors that influence teachers' choice and use of "one-on-one" oral teaching mode.The fourth chapter is the case practice part of this article.The author selects three students with different learning needs and different personalities to customize their“one-on-one” oral teaching.This chapter combines the teaching record and the teaching summary,and verifies the analysis results of the third chapter and explores the improved mode practice.The fifth chapter is revelation.From the "one-on-one" oral teaching mode,from the teaching philosophy,teaching materials,creating context,teachers' teaching ability,teacher-student relationship,and teaching mode development,it is the foothold of the article.Finally,it is the summary part of this article.It summarizes the main points of each chapter,summarizes the innovations and deficiencies of this article,and clarifies the author's future efforts.
