As a master student majoring in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language,I once participated in the training of Teaching Skills Practice Course of College International Education of Minzu University of China.Through the training of this course,the postgraduates of our college have a great success rate in the recruitment of summer Chinese internship program and the recruitment of volunteers of Confucius institute.This leads me to think about the training model.As the Mater of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language is a new major,there is a lack of research on relevant courses of teaching skills training in the domestic academic circle at present,and problems concerning teaching skills training are worth further discussion.In my opinion,it is of certain significance for the promotion of Chinese to conduct research on the Teaching Skills Practice Course of master’s degree of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign language in Minzu Uni-versity of China and analyze the effect of the model and method.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part reviews the current situation of language teaching skills training at home and abroad.The second part is to find the theoretical basis for the research object of this paper(Teaching Skill Practice Course of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language of Minzu University of China).The third part introduces the scheme setting,course content,operation procedure and evaluation system of this mode in detail.And compared with similar courses and training in other universities.Finally summarizes the Teaching Skill Practice Course’s characteristics.In the fourth part,questionnaires were used to investigate the evaluation of each link and training mode of Teaching Skills Practice Course and suggestions on the improvement of Teaching Skills Practice Course among 2016 and 2017 graduates.Then,through the method of interview,it investigates the teaching tasks and effects of the students under the training mode in the internship project.The fifth part summarizes the whole paper.Based on the analysis and investigation above,the author draws the following conclusions:The training mode of Teaching Skills Practice Course is characterized by the combination of flipped classroom and workshop mode,the practicality and pertinence of the course training content,the combination of cooperative learning and teacher guidance,mutual teaching and learning,skill jigsaw,selection on demand,sound evaluation system,and the combination of ordinary training and results display.Although this mode still needs to be improved in teaching links and training methods,on the whole,trainees have a high degree of satisfaction with this training mode,the authorities have a high degree of evaluation on the training process and results of trainees,and the relevant persons in charge of the summer program are generally satisfied with the internship performance of graduates.This model is worth popularizing and has certain reference significance for teaching skills training of Chinese international education master. |
